The Organic Initial Stud Earrings are dainty, handcrafted pieces available in Sterling Silver or 9ct Gold, complete with butterfly backs.

I'm often left with precious metal remnants when making jewellery in my studio. To avoid waste, I recycle these by melting them into molten metal, cooling, and lightly flattening them to form these organic studs. Each stud is hand-stamped with an initial, allowing you to choose your own or that of a loved one as a subtle way of keeping them close every day.

Each initial is individually stamped by hand in the centre of the molten stud. Ideal for everyday wear, they are perfect for marking special occasions. These earrings make a thoughtful gift for a partner, friend, or loved one and are popular for bridesmaids or for a young person who has recently had their ears pierced.

Presented in a recyclable aujune box with a jewellery care card and an optional handwritten gift note, they’re ready to be cherished from the moment they arrive.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, I am unable to accept returns on earrings.

Please select your chosen initial for each stud below (they can be the same initial or different). All initials are stamped using the Roman Alphabet (A-Z) in upper case font.

On personalised items, each character is individually hand-stamped into the metal using a hammer and steel stamp rather than machine engraved. This means that there are sometimes subtle differences in character spacing, depth and alignment. This makes each piece completely unique - just like the memories it carries.

Variations in hand stamping do not constitute a design fault.

We stamp using the Roman alphabet (A-Z) in upper case font as shown in the product images. We can also include numbers and the following punctuation marks - the ampersand (&) and the full stop (.). We can also stamp some special symbols - such as a heart and star.

We cannot include any other punctuation, accent marks or mathematical symbols other than those listed. Any punctuation requests other than those listed above will be omitted.

Delivery

All of our jewellery is hand-made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for Sterling Silver and up to 4 weeks for 9ct Gold for us to make and dispatch your order.

We deliver within the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and to the rest of the wrold (excluding Europe).

UK: All items under £150 are shipped via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Letterbox Delivery (£3.95). All items over £150 are sent by Special Signed for Delivery (£6.95).

Returns

We hope that you love your new aujune jewellery, which is made by hand to the highest standards and undergoes rigorous quality checks before leaving our studio.

However, if for any reason you change your mind about your item or have ordered the incorrect size we do offer an exchange or full refund if the items are returned back to us, unworn and in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days.

Personalised items are not eligible for a replacement or refund (unless faulty or an error in personalisation has been made by us) as they cannot be resold.

Sterling silver jewellery can tarnish over time and care should be taken to avoid exposure to humidity, sweat, perfume, cosmetics, cleaning products or other chemicals.

Solid 9ct gold jewellery is durable and resistant to tarnishing so you can wear it almost all of the time.

Our jewellery is mainly made from either recycled 925 sterling silver or recycled 9ct gold.

Some of the smaller findings used in our jewellery - such as the jump rings - do not currently use recycled metals. However this is something our supplier is working towards and we will make the switch as soon as these become available to us.

As this product falls under the legal weight requirement for 9ct Gold and Sterling Silver hallmarking, this item is not hallmarked.
